At Paradigm, we want to work with the brightest minds in crypto. This has led us to hire or partner with several young engineers, researchers and entrepreneurs who have gone on to play an instrumental role in Paradigm's contribution to crypto.

Whether entrepreneurial, technical or creative, young talent will continue to be critical to crypto's long-term success. The Paradigm Fellowship brings that talent together.

The Fellowship is designed to arm you with all the resources that Paradigm has to offer. This includes a Fellows retreat in San Francisco this August (3rd to 7th), access to the Paradigm team and our broader network for the summer, and a Fellow community that extends beyond the initial program.

• Summer Retreat. Spend a few days in the Paradigm office in San Francisco. Travel, accommodation and a small stipend for expenses to be provided by Paradigm.
• Speaker Series. A series of fireside chats with the Paradigm team and other notable members of the crypto community, during the retreat.
• Mentorship. Receive guidance from the Paradigm team in whatever you're pursuing.
• Community. Fun social activities with your cohort and a lifelong community in crypto.

• Applicants younger than 23 years old

• Experience building or creating something new

• Familiarity with crypto / web3

• A desire to shape crypto's future

• Availability for a trip to San Francisco (August 3rd to 7th)
